Flow process: Feed hopper with sizing removable grizzly (max feed size 15mm)
Scrubber with lifters and 2mm screens
2 start 2mm spiral drum
Top sluice for high concentrate with rubber mat
Lower sluice to act as a policeman for the top sluice and spiral discharge
1″ manifold
6 x 1/4″ individual water control valves for optimal distribution and recovery 
1″ water inlet
Adjustable jack arms for quick angle adjustment
Discharge launder for oversize
Tons per hour: 100 to 250 Kg per hour dependent on the clay content
